Job Description

Kudzu Medical is looking for a full time cook in a behavioral health facility preparing food for the residents. Must have restaurant/cooking experience.
HOURS:
Sunday from 5AM -6:30PM and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 5AM - 1:30
PM Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols Strong team spirit Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Excellent attention to detail Working knowledge of mathematical principles such as ratios and proportions Good dexterity Excellent communication skills
