!!! Have you heard about The New York Butcher Shoppe? We are Fort Mill/Indian Land's coolest concept! A full service Butcher Shoppe specializing in upscale quality beef, pork, poultry and seafood as well as ready made prepared meals. We also offer a wine bar with a full menu designed to showcase our premium meat and grocery offerings. Guest can even select a steak from our meat case and have us cook it up for them to dine in the Wine Bar! Best part? No restaurant hours or crazy beatdowns from slinging tickets for 8-10 hours! THIS is the job you might have been waiting for! And you earn TIPS!!!!$$$$ Our butcher shoppe line chefs do it all!- Prepare the on premise wine bar meals from our limited menu
- Assist shoppers at the meat counter and help them make their selections.
- Assist shoppers with cooking tips and answer questions about our quality products.
- Assist Butcher in meat fabrication and display case presentation
- Assist Chef with preparation of Take Home ready made meals
- Work with the team to keep a clean and sanitary facility
- Assist Cashier
- Work with Chef to develop new menu ideas and recipes
- Assist Chef with Wine Dinners
- Many many more fun and educational task not normally found in restaurant settings.
