Job Description
Overview As a Line Cook, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen—prepping, cooking, and plating dishes that match our high standards and unique vibe. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients Prepare menu items with precision and consistency Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure quality and visual appeal Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management Uphold food safety and sanitation standards (ServeSafe preferred) Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours Participate in opening/closing procedures and assist with prep for next shifts What You Bring Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen (brewpub or gastropub experience a plus) desired but NOT Required.
