Summary We are seeking a skilled line cook to join our team at Franke at Seaside, located in the heart of our vibrant community. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals that cater to their dietary needs. Responsibilities Food preparation per established recipes. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Support menu planning and dietary needs of residents. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide excellent customer service during meal times. Assist with catering events as needed. Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and report shortages. Participate in training and development opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience as a line cook, healthcare experience preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail in food presentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Experience in menu planning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus.
