Duties Prep and wash dishes during the AM shift Assist in food preparation as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with cooks and kitchen staff to streamline operations and enhance service efficiency. Provide assistance in bussing tables during peak hours to ensure smooth operations. Skills Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is highly desirable. Familiarity with restaurant operations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with kitchen staff and servers. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
