Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and creative about food. Our restaurant is very fast paced and all of our food is cooked to order. We are seeking someone who can handle high volume and still focus 100 percent on quality.

Duties:

• Assist the Head Chef in creating and executing menu items
• Food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
