Job Description

This role is for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) dedicated to providing person-centered care to senior residents. Key responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities such as hygiene, dressing, dining, and mobility, while maintaining their dignity and quality of life. Additional duties involve supporting housekeeping, leading and participating in enrichment activities, taking vital signs, and attending training. Essential skills include strong communication, teamwork, professionalism, adaptability, and integrity. The position requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, and long hours, often including nights and weekends. Candidates must have a valid state CNA certification, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications, with preferred experience of two years in healthcare. Proficiency in English, ability to follow directions, use electronic records, and work independently are essential. No significant travel is expected, but occasional training or education opportunities may require it.
