Job brief:
We are looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen staff and maintain the highest standard of food for our members and their guests. This is an opportunity to grow under the guidance of an experienced Executive Chef. This job is a great opportunity to work in a unique restaurant setting where there is not only the day-to-day business, but occasional large events such as wedding receptions and tournaments. $12- 15 pay depending on experience, please submit resume.

- Upscale dining restaurant in a private golf club
Schedule:
- 8-10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Job Duties:
- Prep and cook food to the exact specifications of our menu and per the instruction of the Executive Chef
- Cook and store food according to food safety standards
- Assist with receiving and putting away food deliveries
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises, including emptying trash cans, cleaning food prep stations and equipment and cleaning any spills and broken glass immediately
- Assist the dishwasher when necessary
- Report any incidents of machine failure or broken facilities to upper management
- Follow all safety procedures and report any incidents of unsafe practices to upper management
- Other duties as requested
