Scotland, SD Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve nutritious meals in a healthcare, senior living, long-term care, or similar residential setting . Prepare meals in appropriate quantities while following menus, recipes, and residents' dietary needs. Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area. Safely operate kitchen equipment and report equipment or safety concerns. Assist with special meals, events, and other kitchen duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous cooking experience in a healthcare, senior living, assisted living, or long-term care facility preferred. Experience with quantity cooking and therapeutic diets is a plus. ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.50 per hour
