Full Job Description About Us:

At Clyde's of Clarksville, we're passionate about delivering exceptional food and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our high-energy kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces). Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set. Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven cooking experience in a busy kitchen environment. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Reliable transportation Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
