Duties Assist with food preparation and plating to ensure timely service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing Support food running duties by delivering orders from the kitchen to dining areas efficiently Buss tables by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and ensuring a tidy dining environment Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and safe lifting practices to prevent injury Support front-of-house staff with serving guests during peak times using POS systems Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and proactive support Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with food handling procedures and basic culinary skills is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices is desirable Join WelovEmilia in creating memorable dining experiences!
