Full job description What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items while following recipes and presentation standards. Work one or more stations including: Flat Top Grill Soup Station Charcuterie Board Station Dish Pit Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout your shift. Wash and manage your own dishes as part of daily kitchen responsibilities. Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning before, during, and after service. Communicate effectively with the head chef and front-of-house staff to keep service running smoothly. What We're Looking For Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Able to work independently while also being a reliable team player. Comfortable working in a small kitchen where everyone pitches in. Able to accurately follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Previous line cook experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude. Baking experience is a plus, but not required. What to Expect A small, close-knit kitchen where everyone plays an important role. Typically 2-3 cooks on busy shifts and 1 cook during slower periods. You'll work directly alongside the Head Chef and have the opportunity to grow your skills in a scratch kitchen environment. Cross-training in multiple stations with opportunities to expand your culinary skills. This is a hands-on kitchen—there's no room for "that's not my job" here.
