We are committed to providing a safe and clean environment through our Hilton CleanStay standards. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining our brand standards.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu and recipes. Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen in line with Hilton standards. Adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. Understanding and using food and beverage terminology accurately. Familiarity with the restaurant floor and table plan to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or hotel. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills. Familiarity with food and beverage terminology. Experience with banquet set up, presentation and service. Open availability is preferred.
