Experienced Salad Cook / Pantry Cook Join Our Culinary Team at Johnson City Country Club Do you take pride in preparing beautiful, fresh food? We're looking for an experienced Salad/Fry Cook to join our fast-paced country club kitchen. If you're organized, work clean, and can produce consistent, high-quality salads, sandwiches and appetizers, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, and pantry items to club standards Wash, cut, and prep fresh fruits and vegetables Prepare house-made dressings, sauces, and garnishes Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guideline Practice proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of kitchen or salad/pantry experience (country club or upscale restaurant preferred) Strong knife skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently during busy service Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
