We are committed to excellence in every aspect of the guest experience — from our thoughtfully crafted pizza program to our bar and hospitality standards. About the Role We are seeking a skilled, focused line cook to join our kitchen team and help uphold the culinary standards that have earned Sho Pizza Bar national recognition. This is a high-volume position requiring precision, speed, and a genuine passion for craft. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, takes pride in consistency, and is committed to excellence on every plate. Responsibilities Execute high-volume pizza and kitchen production with speed, precision, and consistency Prepare ingredients, sauces, and components according to Sho's recipes and quality standards Operate and maintain wood-fired ovens, prep stations, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitation-compliant workstation at all times Communicate proactively with kitchen leadership regarding inventory needs and production flow Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure seamless, timely service during peak hours Uphold all food safety standards in accordance with Tennessee health regulations Represent Sho's commitment to quality with pride and professionalism on every shift Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of line cook experience, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining environment Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper knife skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and committed to team success Preferred Experience working in a Michelin-recognized or nationally acclaimed kitchen Familiarity with Neapolitan or Neo-Neapolitan pizza techniques and wood-fired cooking Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience What We Offer Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience The opportunity to work in a Michelin-recognized, nationally celebrated kitchen A collaborative, high-energy team environment with room to grow Competitive benefits, flexible scheduling, and additional perks Sho Pizza Bar is an equal opportunity employer.
