Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks
• Cooking on the grill and fryers
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure all food is prepared and stored in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Assist with food prep and dish washing (as needed)

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
