We pride ourselves on delivering Southern hospitality and scratch-made comfort food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure food is prepared in a timely, consistent, and high-quality manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking as needed What We're Looking For Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Team player with a positive attitude Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us Competitive starting pay at $18.00/hour High-volume restaurant with consistent hours during peak season Opportunity for growth within a well-established hospitality group Fun, energetic work environment at one of the area's top attractions
