This position is responsible for preparing daily meals for residents, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen, and prepping ingredients for the evening shift. Must be 18+ to apply.

Schedule:

Day shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM Includes meal prep for second-shift dinner service

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to the planned menu and resident dietary needs Assist with food prep for the evening shift (chopping, portioning, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with other kitchen and caregiving staff

Qualifications:

Previous cooking or food prep experience preferred (healthcare or assisted living a plus) Ability to follow menus, recipes, and dietary restrictions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
