We are seeking a dependable, hospitality-minded Breakfast Cook to help create memorable experiences for our guests each morning. At Blue Mountain Mist, breakfast is more than a meal—it's part of the experience. Position Summary The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts for inn guests while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and delivering warm hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast for inn guests Execute chef-designed menus and daily specials Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards Accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies Keep kitchen clean and organized throughout service Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Assist with prep work, dishes, and kitchen closing duties Work closely with inn staff to provide an exceptional guest experience Schedule Primarily mornings (typically 6:00 AM-11:00 AM) Weekend and holiday availability required Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate Qualifications Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Positive attitude and heart for hospitality Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
