Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the establishment
• Manage and lead a team of employees
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
• Assist with food production and preparation as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Enforce food safety standards and regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and cash handling
• Proficient in inventory control practices
• Familiarity with food production processes and techniques
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
