- Create magic with each dish is our goal by following our recipes and cooking systems.
- Assist in the preparation and production of food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient and timely meal service
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations Breakfast/brunch Cook/Prep (must be willing to follow our recipes exactly)
- Previous experience in a dietary department or food service setting preferred
- Knowledge of food handling techniques and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Familiarity with menu planning and understanding of different dietary restrictions or preferences
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils, including knife skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
