Your expertise in food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen operations will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We're looking for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, slicers, and food processors Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Assist in meal preparation for various service periods, ensuring timely delivery of quality food Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations Follow food handling procedures meticulously to uphold safety standards in production Support catering events or special meal requests as needed, maintaining consistency and presentation quality Experience Previous experience in a food service environment, such as a restaurant or catering setting, is highly preferred Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Demonstrated skills in knife handling, slicing techniques, and recipe adherence Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen team members Experience with menu planning, food preparation, and operating various kitchen equipment is advantageous Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
