EXPERIENCED MEXICAN FOOD COOK WANTED

We are looking for a talented, experienced Mexican food cook to join our restaurant team.

PAY:

$750-$1,000 PER WEEK —

BASED ON EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their cooking, knows Mexican cuisine, and understands what it takes to maintain consistent quality in a busy restaurant.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of professional restaurant cooking experience preferred Strong experience preparing Mexican cuisine Ability to prepare food from scratch and follow recipes consistently Excellent knowledge of meats, fajitas, enchiladas, tacos, rice, beans, soups, sauces, and traditional Mexican dishes Able to properly season and cook meats and maintain consistent portion sizes Experience with high-volume restaurant kitchens Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage Able to keep the kitchen organized and clean Reliable, punctual, and dependable Works well under pressure and as part of a team Takes pride in presentation, flavor, and quality
