Full-Time Schedule:

Open availability is required. Shifts vary Monday through Sunday based on scheduling needs.

Emerald Bay Club, Inc.

Pay:

$17.00 an hour but negotiable depending on experience.

Job Duties and Requirements:

Ability to cook items on the menu, steaks and seafood to proper temperatures. Ability to prepare plate presentations as directed.

Prep, clean and stock line during shift. Clean coolers and freezers. Label and date foods per health standards. Maintain proper food temperatures per health standards. Ability to pass and maintain food handler's license. Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Benefits:

One employee meal per shift, PTO Time after 90 days and Vacation Time after 1 year. After 1 year eligible to sign up for Simple IRA plan with up to 3% of salary match for contributions. $15,000 life insurance policy sponsored by employer after 90 days.
