Job Description

The Peached Tortilla is for talented Line Cooks with weekend availability. Ideally, this person will be quick on their feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a positive and professional attitude. Our kitchen is fast paced with a focus on the integrity and consistency of the food. Day time and Dinner shifts available.
Requirements:
Some previous experience working as part of a fast-moving kitchen teamBe highly motivated by creating great food and making people happyHave an understanding of basic cooking methodsFamiliarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
