Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and driven Line Cook to join our kitchen focusing on evening/dinner shift. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with accuracy and speed, ensuring each plate meets our standards for quality and presentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment while working alongside and learning from very skilled chefs who share your passion for food and service. Duties Prep and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish. Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to promote a safe kitchen environment. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service efficiently during busy hours. Handle food with care, using proper knife skills and cooking techniques to optimize flavor and presentation. Requirements Evening & Weekend Availability Previous Line Cook experience with a focus on fast paced, full-service dining. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Skilled in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly with excellent knife skills Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving in fast-paced settings is preferred. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Bilingual (Spanish) (not required but helpful)
