The Pizza Cook or Sauté Cook is responsible for cooking to order pizza, pasta, wings, and salads. Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by team members and prepare food according to instructions. Team Player who can jump in where needed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage dough-proof, stretch, and prepare orders. Clean food preparation areas and cooking surfaces. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. Good verbal and written communication skills; can communicate effectively with customers and co-workers; bilingual skills are a plus. Report to work as scheduled, on time, well groomed, and dressed in proper uniform. Knowledge of all menu items. Be familiar with the location's specials before starting the shift. Restock all kitchen service stations. Keep kitchen service stations clean and complete all assigned cleaning tasks. Respond quickly to sweeping and mopping up messes. Perform any other tasks as assigned by MOD. Complete all side work for prep during shift. Ability to operate all electrical or mechanical devices adhering to all safety rules. Ability to maintain proper attitude, professionalism, and teamwork in customer service and restaurant operations. Ability to tolerate cleaning solutions regularly. Activities include but are not limited to, walking, or standing for 6 to 8 hours at a time, reaching, stooping, lifting to 50 pounds, carrying, talking, and sitting. Must have reliable transportation.
