We are seeking a skilled Wok Cook to join our team at our restaurant located in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking Asian cuisine, specifically dishes that require the use of a wok.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook Asian dishes using a wok Ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standards Follow recipes and cooking techniques accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure that all food is stored and handled properly Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner

Requirements:

Must have Food Handler certification Proven experience as a Wok Cook or similar role Knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques accurately Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours) Must be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks up to 40 pounds Must have reliable transportation.
