- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation and plating during catering events
- Ensure that all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
