October 19, 2026 We are hiring experienced Grill Cooks to join our food service team at a busy college stadium in Fort Worth. This is a great opportunity for reliable cooks who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy being part of a team. Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook burgers, grilled items, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards Operate grills, fryers, and other commercial kitchen equipment safely Prepare food efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Maintain a clean and organized cooking station Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed Work efficiently during high-volume periods, especially on game days Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff Follow all stadium and food service policies Requirements Previous grill cook or commercial kitchen experience preferred Experience working in a high-volume food service environment is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable and punctual Ability to work Monday-Friday and game days as scheduled Must be able to follow directions and work well with a team Must follow required dress code and food safety standards Game Day Availability Game days can be especially busy, so flexibility and reliability are important . Your game-day schedule may vary depending on the event and stadium needs.
