Position Overview Our Food & Beverage team is seeking an experienced Line Cook to work across multiple venues including our Grill, Pizza Shop, Sweet Store, and 40 Tap Beer/Wine Wall. Join our dynamic kitchen team and help create memorable dining experiences for families visiting our farm!

Schedule & Compensation Schedule:

25-35 hours per week

Sept and Oct Friday:

9am-11pm

Saturday:

9am-11pm

Sunday:

9am-9pm

Pay:

$15.00-$17.00 per hour (based on experience) + tip pool participation

Bonus Opportunity:

October weekend bonus for perfect attendance and punctuality Key Responsibilities Operate multiple fryers and charbroilers in fast-paced environment Prepare menu items including chicken tenders, fries, tots, corn dogs, and burgers Work efficiently across multiple kitchen stations as needed Follow daily checklists and food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen team of 4-7 team members during peak times Maintain clean and organized work areas Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards

Required Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

3-5+ years as a PM Line Cook in quick service or fast casual environment

Certifications:

Current Texas Food Handler's certificate (must obtain if not current)

Essential Skills & Equipment Experience Fryers & Grills:

Proficiency with multiple fryers and charbroilers

Kitchen Equipment:

Experience with grills, fryers, TurboChef ovens, heat lamps, proofers, and refrigeration equipment

Multi-tasking:

Ability to handle multiple small tasks and urgent situations simultaneously

Quality Focus:

Consistent ability to follow procedures and maintain food quality standards

Reliability:

Arrive 10 minutes early and stay until closing duties are complete

Teamwork:
