Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that every meal is prepared to perfection while adhering to food safety standards. If you have experience in preparing Italian style food it is a perk. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Ensure all food safety practices are followed to maintain a safe cooking environment. Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in catering events, providing exceptional service and quality food. Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs. Experience Previous experience in a food service or culinary role is preferred, pasta and pizza making skills are a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A passion for the food industry and a desire to help create memorable dining experiences.
