Job Title:
Hydraulic Hose Assembly Job Description We are seeking dedicated candidates for the Hydraulic Hose Assembly role. A successful candidate will work within a small assembly line working with hydraulic hose components. This involves using hand tools and other necessary tooling such as crimpers. The primary responsibility will be crimping hoses and fittings onto the hoses. This position offers the opportunity to work with a growing team and directly report to the OEM manager. Responsibilities Crimp hoses and fittings onto hydraulic hoses. Work within a small assembly line using hand tools and crimpers. Ensure quality focus in all mechanical assembly tasks. Collaborate with team members to maintain production efficiency. Essential Skills Mechanical assembly experience (1-2 years) Experience with hydraulics (preferred, but training provided) Proficiency in using tape measures (1-2 years) Ability to read blueprints and assemble components using blueprints (1-2 years) Capability to lift and stack cartons and boxes (up to 50 lbs.) Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production settings. Ability to use calipers and micrometers. Strong teamwork and reliability. Commitment to quality focus in all tasks. Work Environment This is a full-time, on-site position in Georgetown, TX, with extended hours from 6am-4:30pm Monday - Friday and occasional Saturday shifts from 6-11:30am. The environment is not climate-controlled, and employees work as part of a small team. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and provided safety vest and glasses. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
