Duties Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, including handling kitchen equipment and food safety procedures Operate POS systems such as Clover POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change while adhering to cash handling policies Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following sanitation standards and food safety management protocols Assist in serving customers promptly, ensuring their orders are accurate and delivered with friendly service Support food industry best practices by practicing proper food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated culinary experience with skills in food preparation and operating kitchen equipment Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Excellent customer service abilities with a positive attitude and effective communication skills Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Retail sales experience or grocery store background is a plus but not required Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering quality food, outstanding customer service, and a vibrant atmosphere.
