We are looking for someone with solid restaurant line experience who can work efficiently, stay organized, follow recipes and plating standards, and handle a busy dinner service. This is not an entry-level position. Fine-dining experience is helpful but not required; strong line-cook experience and reliability are most important.

Responsibilities include:

Setting up and working a station during dinner service Preparing proteins, vegetables, sauces, garnishes and other mise en place Executing dishes consistently according to recipes and plating standards Maintaining a clean, organized and properly stocked station Working closely with the chef and other cooks during service Following food-safety and sanitation standards Assisting with prep and kitchen closing duties as needed

Schedule:

Chez Nous is open Wednesday through Saturday, allowing for a consistent schedule and three consecutive days off each week. Applicants must be available for the required Wednesday-Saturday schedule.

Pay:

$18-$25 per hour, based on experience.
