Duties Prepare and serve food items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cash register operations Manage customer orders with accuracy, ensuring prompt service and upselling opportunities to enhance sales Maintain a clean, organized workspace including kitchen equipment, dining area, and food prep stations Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and balance cash drawers at shift end Assist in food handling duties, including portioning ingredients and operating kitchen equipment safely Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing sales totals Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Retail or grocery store experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your skills make a difference!
