Job Overview As a PM - Line Cook,(,FRIDAY & SATURDAY) you will play a vital role in our culinary team, bringing your passion for cooking and expertise in food preparation to life! You will be responsible for creating delicious meals that delight our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your culinary skills will shine as you collaborate with fellow team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to our menu specifications and dietary guidelines. Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences. Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health regulations. Utilize your knife skills and culinary techniques to create visually appealing dishes. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Engage with guests when necessary, providing excellent service and addressing any dietary concerns. Participate in catering events, showcasing your culinary creativity and teamwork. Basic qualifications Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within the food industry or fine dining settings. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent cooking skills with a focus on meal preparation and presentation. Preferred qualifications Experience in menu planning and catering services. Previous roles as a dietary aide or within a dietary department are advantageous. Familiarity with various cooking techniques and styles, enhancing your versatility in the kitchen.
