What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and professional Friendly with excellent communication and customer-service skills Confident in recommending products and upselling — this is an important part of the role Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities Able to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment At least 3 years of kitchen/food preparation experience Convenience-store experience is a must Must have or obtain TABC Seller/Server Certificate and Food Handler Certificate Familiarity with alcohol, tobacco, ID requirements, and applicable laws Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 20 lbs What You'll Do You'll be an important part of the daily customer experience, helping with cashier duties, kitchen preparation, customer service, stocking, inventory, and store cleanliness . You'll help keep shelves stocked and organized, maintain our kitchen and food areas, monitor inventory and back stock, and make sure the store is clean and inviting — from the counters and coolers to the floors and restrooms. When working independently, you'll be trusted to take care of the store, recognize what needs attention, and communicate customer requests, inventory needs, and other important matters to management.
