Qualifications Educational/Training Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Licensing Requirements Texas Food Handler Certificate is preferred Experience Requirements Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and hygienic methods

Knowledge of Universal Precautions and rules that govern hazardous waste

Previous experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred
