Grill/Flat Top Cook

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Grill/Flat Top Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled and flat top menu items with precision and consistency Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill and flat top stations throughout your shift Ensure food safety protocols are strictly adhered to during food handling, storage, and preparation Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas based on ingredient availability and customer preferences Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and timely service Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking to management Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role, preferably in fine dining or restaurant settings Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Experience with meal preparation, catering, and food service operations Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests Familiarity with dietary department procedures, menu planning, and dietary aide experience is a plus Join us as a Grill/Flat Top Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
