In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling cold dishes, salads, garnishes, and other menu items with precision and creativity. Duties Prepare and assemble cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, garnishes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards Ensure all cold food items are prepared fresh, stored properly, and served at the correct temperature Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold prep station in compliance with food safety regulations Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, portioning, and plating with precision using knife skills Support kitchen team members during busy service periods by efficiently managing cold food stations Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety standards are met
