Line Cook As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our culinary team, bringing creativity and passion to every dish you prepare. Your expertise in food preparation and cooking will ensure that our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with fellow team members to deliver high-quality meals that reflect our commitment to excellence. What you'll do Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Assist in menu planning, contributing innovative ideas for seasonal dishes Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times Collaborate with the culinary team to execute catering orders and special events Handle food items with care, utilizing proper knife skills for efficient meal preparation Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Provide exceptional service by ensuring timely delivery of meals to guests Basic qualifications Experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or fine dining setting Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Preferred qualifications Dietary department or dietary aide experience Menu planning experience with an emphasis on creativity Previous catering experience or involvement in event service Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen environment Why you'll love it here We're dedicated to fostering a vibrant workplace where our team members can flourish both professionally and personally.
