Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, menu planning, and working in various culinary environments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook delicious and nutritious meals following established recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
• Collaborate with the Dietary Department to meet dietary needs and restrictions
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assist in menu planning and development
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook or similar role for large groups
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Familiarity with various cooking methods
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in a restaurant, catering, or dietary aide setting is a plus
