Prepare and cook food with precision, following our standards and recipes Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation every single time Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Uphold strict cleanliness and food safety standards ("clean as you go") Work as part of a disciplined, high-performing team Stay composed and focused during high-volume service
