SR. CRUDA CEVICHE & MICHELADAS

Position:

Ceviche Artist As a Ceviche Artist, you'll be at the heart of our ceviche bar, preparing fresh ceviches, micheladas, and specialty seafood creations while providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve ceviches, micheladas, and specialty seafood items Follow recipes, portions, and presentation standards Provide friendly and efficient customer service Maintain a clean and organized work area Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Work as a team in a fast-paced environment

TERIYAKI HOUSE

Positions:

Cook & Cashier Teriyaki House offers a different style of food and kitchen environment. We are looking for cooks and cashiers who are dependable, motivated, and ready to work as part of a fast-paced restaurant team.

Cook Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards Follow proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation procedures Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Restock and prepare ingredients as needed Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy periods

Cashier Responsibilities:

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Process cash and card payments Provide friendly and professional customer service Answer basic questions about menu items Package and organize dine-in, pickup, and delivery orders Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area Assist the team with additional duties as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Restaurant or food-service experience preferred, but not required Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and strong teamwork Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available to work evenings and weekends Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Willing to learn and follow restaurant procedures and standards
