Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain brand standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes and seasonal specials Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and timely service Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food as needed Ensure all food is stored properly, rotating stock according to safety standards Skills Proven experience in a restaurant or culinary setting, with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques Excellent knife skills for precise slicing, dicing, and chopping Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of menu planning and meal assembly processes Experience with dietary department requirements and dietary aide procedures is a plus Familiarity with catering services and serving large groups effectively Good communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn new skills and techniques Join us as a Line Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
