Job Descriptions Pantry Desire to learn and work in a kitchen is required No previous kitchen experience necessary Ideally 1 year experience working on a pantry station Basic understanding of building salads and cold apps Serving pies and sundaes that rotate monthly Great knife skills or willingness to improve them Working clean, organized, and efficient at all times Able to follow prep sheets and recipes Attention to detail in plating and prep Proper rotation of old and new product Punctual Great communication skills Multitasking in order to maintain good ticket times Daily deep cleaning duties and normal break down of station Refilling prep for following shift Sauté Desire to learn and work in a kitchen is required 2 years experience w/ at least 1 year working a saute station preferable Knowledge of sauteeing vegetables and meats with care Knowledge of cooking eggs Great knife skills or willingness to improve them Working clean, organized, and efficient at all times Able to follow prep sheets and recipes Attention to detail in plating and prep Proper rotation of old and new product Punctual Great communication skills Multitasking in order to maintain good ticket times Daily deep cleaning duties and normal break down of station Refilling prep for following shift Grill Desire to learn and work in a kitchen is required 2 years experience w/ at least 1 year working a grill station preferable Knowledge of properly handling, cooking, and temping meat and seafood Proper rotation of old and new product (especially with higher cost items such as meat and seafood) Building sandwiches and burgers Great knife skills or willingness to improve them Working clean, organized, and efficient at all times Able to follow prep sheets and recipes Attention to detail in plating and prep Punctual Great communication skills Multitasking in order to maintain good ticket times Daily deep cleaning duties and normal break down of station Refilling prep for following shift
