Simon Bros Mercantile & Café | Roosevelt, TX Join the team at Simon Bros Mercantile & Café! We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to fill a Grill Cook / Expo position. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in preparing quality food, and work well with a team, we'd love to hear from you. Position Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Coordinate orders between the kitchen and front-of-house staff
Ensure food is plated accurately and delivered promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen duties as needed
Work efficiently during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Previous restaurant or cooking experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Availability to work scheduled shifts and weekends
