Kitchen Crew Member Responsibilities:

Prepare Eggman menu items quickly, accurately, and consistently Maintain high food quality and presentation standards Follow recipes, prep procedures, and portioning standards Work efficiently during high-volume rushes while staying detail-oriented Communicate clearly with front of house and fellow kitchen crew members Maintain clean, stocked, and organized stations throughout shifts Assist with food prep, restocking, dishwashing, and cleaning duties Handle food safely and follow all sanitation standards Represent the Eggman brand, culture, and values at all times Stay dependable, coachable, and team-oriented Support teammates wherever needed during shifts Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety Other duties as assigned
