Full Job Description Position Overview:

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at our car wash facility. Your primary responsibility will be handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for processing payments accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Assist customers with questions about services, pricing, and membership options. Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Transaction Processing:

Receive payments for car wash services and retail items. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Process credit/debit card payments and issue receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier station. Keep records of transactions and daily sales totals. Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for customers and employees. Report any safety hazards or incidents to management promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions. Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register systems. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:
